OPN provides direct assistance, designs and conducts volunteer programs and raises funds to assist at-risk individuals and organizations in areas of greatest need.  

Working in tandem with the community leaders, we collaborate with others to provide direct aid, education and vocational assistance in target segments: homeless, at-risk, women, teens, children, retirees, disabled, veterans and unemployed candidates for home based work programs.

Through retired executives, volunteers and highly qualified staff, OPN provides low cost consulting, facilitation and training, fundraising, community outreach, speaking, mentoring, and volunteer recruitment and multi-media services to qualified causes and value-based organizations.
